Maribeth Dennis is an abstract artist from Alabama. Being that she graduated from Auburn University with a Marketing Degree, she says that her God given talent along with her supportive family have brought her where she is with her art today. She also credits her talent and love for the arts to her artistic and creative parents and sisters.  Dennis was raised in a family that ranges in artistic ability, from architecture and interior design to fashion design and painting, so there was always lots of creative juices flowing in her home as a child.  

In her journey as an artist she has found that her love of contrast, be it in color, texture, lines, etc… is fascinating and for that reason she has fallen more and more in love with creating abstract art.  Maribeth says that her work is life expressed in paint, and her life with Daniel, her incredible husband and their three precious children bring about most of her inspiration.

Recently, Maribeth has brought her art to the textile world, offering goods such as fabric, made from images of sections of her paintings. She is always looking to use her talent in unexpected, new and different ways and can't wait to see where she will go next on her artistic journey.
